"... and it pulls back to seep in" is a project done in collaboration with Norwegian artist Sanne Eikeland, and presented at Afloat Contemporary, Bergen, in April 2023.
From event text:
"Exploring points where form becomes uncontrollable, both Eikeland and Eriksson examine feelings surrounding the spillage that is always threatened, or promised, by what is contained in a vessel, a sculpture, or a person. On the platform, two largely stationary entities meet and suggest the risk of movement that might throw the whole thing into the sea. Shame and relief, freedom and loss, and other juxtapositions between restriction and indulgence are presented in play or in battle, threatening to freeze or fall apart."
