FAKE BIKER (2023) as installed in the Bergen Art Academy BFA exhibition "😗", reflects on masculinity in pop cultural and real depictions of motorcycle club culture as well as utilises queer cultural aesthetics. The project investigates the meeting points between the two in the creation of a small, utopian universe of biker on biker love, trust, and disarming of harmful societal ideals. An inherent failure and pipe dream, FAKE BIKER exists as a ruin after a day dream that met reality hard and face on.
